Client: A provider of healthcare services

Project Scope: Our client wanted to enhance their employee communications and service, streamline enrollment processes and improve the overall efficiency and accuracy of their benefit administration processes. Charon Planning introduced and facilitated technology solutions, a number of new processes and checks and balances aimed at lowering costs and increasing accuracy. We coordinated the implementation of carrier interfaces and delivered state of the art communication solutions including enrollment booklets and Web-based tools.

Results: The improvements to the client's enrollment process, employee communications and administration routines have reduced administrative expenses by $100,000 and dramatically improved employee service levels.
