Client: A large Mid-Atlantic maker and retailer of luxury products

Project Scope: Our client was seeking a way to demonstrate the value of benefits to each of its employees. Charon Planning sought out and presented the client with a number of options, evaluated and recommended vendors and facilitated the development of personalized benefit statements.

Results: With Charon Planning's assistance, the client has rolled out state of the art benefit statements to each employee that detail, at the individual employee level, the actual dollar amount the organization is investing in their benefits elections.

Client: One of the nation's largest landscape service providers

Project Scope: Our client was seeking to increase enrollment in their voluntary life insurance program. Internal efforts had produced no more than a handful of added enrollments. Charon Planning coordinated the development and production of a comprehensive benefits guidebook detailing the voluntary life program.

Results: The guidebook generated 7 times more enrollments in the company's voluntary life plan than the company's most successful previous effort.

Client: A Mid-Atlantic consumer product manufacturer and retailer

Project Scope: Our client wanted to redesign their benefit plan information to make it more user-friendly and portable for employees. Charon Planning delivered a consolidated benefits guidebook that included information on all the employer's benefit plans in a single, professionally printed, easy to understand document.

Results: The client distributed the benefits guidebook to its employees and is thrilled to have the ability to deliver benefit details in a comprehensive, portable document.
